Welcome and Bienvindidos to my new, temporary site from which a blog [book] that I wrote with immeasurable passion can be found. You may, or may not, be aware that I was contacted by matadorU, who found themselves unprepared for such a dramatic spike in traffic.
That explains some of the different browser problems and frustration of keeping a feed linked to that site. I do apologize, but it caught fire a few months before I was expecting. It is a problem I will take any time.
This site will begin like a plain, generic-looking blog to start. It will pass through an initial phase where I learn what resources I have at my disposal and begin adding more and more features to enhance your reading experience.
For the time-being, I will count on the substance in what I write be the lure to attract you and then keep you coming back.
You see, I know a way that I can help millions of readers live a healthier and happier life. While this blog is an abridged version from my book “Free-Spirit Fitness,” and may also include excerpts from a second manuscript titled, “Epiphany,” you will finish this article with a better understanding of how these two books will be something you must add to your library. Whether you opt for traditional print, digital, or ebook format, and/or the audiobook version that I intend to read for you.
I know how much I like being read too, so I bet that once you have heard a few books in audio, it will be a difficult decision to return to reading print yourself.
My instincts were going absolutely wild trying to tell me to release this book first in the same basic time frame as my second. They are interconnected and, together, you get the 3D version in your imagination.
I am listening to my instincts and implementing my strategy behind what they prompt me into next. I have so many other projects that my instincts tell me I should follow.
It has been difficult for me to decide which project to lead off with as my showcase and library of available titles have been delayed, because I want to do something good for others. Writing a book that could dramatically improve your life is the most noble endeavors I believe anyone can accept.

Free-Spirit Fitness and Epiphany are books that are categorized as self-improvement. These books deliver on that expectation. It is a genuine gift, and it comes from way down deep in my heart. Love drives me to make a real contribution to the common welfare of humanity.
I humbly accept this obligation with pride and honor. I write each word of Free Spirit Fitness and Epiphany from my heart. I submit to you that with love being the facilitating force behind the text I write. It is far from being my most profitable venture, but there is nothing more noble that I can engage in and offer to the world.
My movies will entertain you. The stories of all of the adventures I have been on in my extensive travels abroad will also give you the perfect escape. While I may paint you a picture, words cannot mirror reality. So, I am coordinating pictures that go back twenty years.
In fact, photos will be pervasive in the two manuscripts, FSF, and Epiphany, as they quickly approach their release date.
Money does not factor in my motives nearly as much as I would have expected. It was your comments. They overwhelmed my limbic system, and though I was crying tears of joy, I was in a rare state that was out of composure. I cried because I know how I felt. I cried because there are so many others out there even worse off than I was, and I cried because I am that light you have given up on.
Remember, you have to go through the darkness to find the light.
Although Free-Spirit Fitness has “Fitness” right in the title, it is not all about fitness and health. You find yourself in great health, the pounds all melted away, just as a nice side-effect of living life in tune with this very simple, very elegant philosophy I came upon and merged with a few other very influential books. My personal predisposition and life experience brought about my free-spirited nature. My original manuscript reflected only my philosophy.
Although, I had an agent and it was progressing toward print, I called it off by keeping my contracts short. Thank goodness I waited.
It comes from some of the books I have read and absorbed since it was written (with the exception of the Bible). I read Rhonda Byrne’s “The Secret,” “The Power,” The Art of War, About Buddhism, and several books on physics, the Law of Attraction, and the Power of thought/mind. This, along with the online courses I have taken to become a certified personal fitness trainer and the blog you first discovered is part of my online course about travel writing with matadoru. Thave all merged with my Free-Spirit Philosophy to create a hybrid view and approach to life.
It is a book intended that will show you how to use the wisdom in these books with a true spirit and attain the highest level of perfection a human has the capacity for reaching. Nothing is impossible. We must simply manipulate what you believe. Belief is the culprit for the existence of limitation and boundaries.
I call it “Happiness by Choice” because that is exactly how easy it is to be happy. Choose to be happy, believe it will be delivered, and then believe you have received it, then it arrives, right on schedule. It is as precise as any other natural law.

As you probably know, that blog is dedicated to travel writing only. I know many of your comments came from a travel post. I have some new journal entries from the trip I made to “Journal Entry: Costa Rica Rainforest”, and I will be rewriting “I was born in the Ohio Valley.” Both will be saturated with photos. I have some extraordinary photos with professional grade equipment. The sunset from Costa Rica is surreal. The color is a specticle of a higher forces artistic expression.

We stayed in what was probably the nicest home in Tercoles, Costa Rica. It is a small, fishing village.

After we spent the weekend in a rainforest canopy, we headed west until we hit water. The indigenous people call it the Pacific Ocean, or Oceana pacifica. I had heard how big it was. But, I have seen the Atlantic Ocean and even the Carribean Sea, and it didn’t look any bigger. Nonetheless, I am a hundred yards off the shore of the Pacific Ocean as close and to the Equator as I have ever been before.

I will be posting many stories like this and about the attack of the bovine, and Larry the lizard: Danger from above and below. I will tell you about the two McCall’s that flew over in the same direction at the same time every day. They are proud birds who have a loud song that precedes their arrival. I got the sense that they served pretty much as the quitting whistle for the work day for many local inhabitants. They let everyone know to gather some place high for the mystical vision of sunset is drawing near.

I have got a new laptop and just had to recover my desk top back to factory condition. I am still installing all of my software. All of my data is on a 3TB and will be organized using a 1TB and my new and current laptop, and my desktop. When photos have been sorted and cataloged I will be able to add some spectacular pictures from over twenty years of taking pictures.

I have amazing footage from Disney, including the year they transformed the castle into a birthday cake in celebration of Walt’s birthday. I think it was the late 90’s

Anyway, welcome to my new blogsite. It will talk about everything except travel.

With the exception of what I write in regards to my broad travels, you have found a new site and new material.

This is just my way to confirm that you have one of the correct sites to read my blogs, because all non-travel related blogs will be recorded here.

This site will include every topic and include more of the fiction I have written. I have almost a dozen different manuscripts from which to pull out a good article for you. Plus, I have two dozen essays left over from my academc experience at PSU. It is notable that I never received a grade below an A-.

I am not boasting, only reassuring you out there who have noticed a few spelling/grammatical errors that they were bothered enough by to mention it.

There is no greater joy one can experience than to help others.

I thought I had a profound understanding of that sentence until I began receiving one comment after another telling me how much my words helped them. For the first time, it really hit me.  My book, Free-Spirit Fitness, is going to help a lot of people.  I read how my words changed the reader’s life, and how they intended to spread the word of that brief excerpt from my book.

Now, I am a hearty, masculine, full-grown man. To learn that I have it inside me to help so many people in a real way caused me to fill up with emotion. I fill that emotion building now.

Like everyone, I have always heard how much better it is to give than it is to receive. Your comments inspired me. They awakened me. They filled me full of determination to quit digressing into other things and get this book published. Just based on the statistics one blog has generated, and the depth of the comments I read, I am on the precipice of making a contribution to society that has real significance.

The Free-Spirit Philosophy is a hybrid and strongly influenced by the work of Robyn Burne, author of The Secret, and The Power. I also draw from the wisdom found in the pages of the bible. Not a a religious fanatic, but as a reader who recognizes an intelligence greater than my own.  Call me an oppurtunist. It’s okay. My opportunity is in learning a head of time, that what I have been working on and writing, refining, revising and polishing off, has real value.

I am under obligation as a citizen to share knowledge and trade knowledge. I was overtaken by emotion to learn that it is within my capacity to make a real contribution that will literally improve the lives of millions of people.

Your comments validated that I spend my time in a noble pursuit. For that, I am profoundly grateful.  Let me help you. If it is within my power, let me help you lose weight, think in a different way, and know that you are guaranteed better things in your future and the road will be smoother or longer for some, they all lead to one place. The effects of using  The Secret has really paid off.  I merged it into my Free Spirit Philosophy.  It created a hybrid philosophy.  I brought in wisdom from the scriptures.  I added books.  I added so many books that I don;t have any room on a large shelf.  I have a library of things I need within reach and in different forms. I click AUDIO BOOKS on Itunes and up appears around 80 books. 

This knowledge has served to meet a goal.  I take my time. I am patient.  I learn with a very high level comprehension.  My mind can access archives at will.  I can conjure the answer to anything I know.  On those occasions it seems stuck on my tongue, the word, or right set of words will leave my mouth.  I am right as often as the universe, or the universal mind.  The creator is the central energy behind all that we are and all that we know.  Call him God. Call him Jesus. I call him by his name, Jehovah.

Jehovah Almighty.  The holy name was changed by a group of paranoid Jewish copiers.  They replaced the four symbols that translates to Jehovah in the English language.  Yahaweh was the most likely pronunciatioin. 

I am.  Lisa , the author of “The Secret,” called these two words the most powerful words in our language.  I am who I am.” was the answer Moses got when he asked this powerful entity, in whose name shall I say has sent me?”  I am here were the first three words I wrote after that big epiphany I had in 2004. 

One day, just as summer changed to fall, I picked up the bible and opened it up to Mathew.  I had made it my conviction to read the book that Western Civilation sprouted from, and learn its power by reading every word.

In March, one dark evening I clamped the book shut.  I had finished with Leviticus.  Before that, I got through Deuteronomy.  I understand how these books have their applications, but much of it was not applicable to me and was really just a compilation of law and ritual.

I know the Bible well.  I once owned the audio version of a modern translation version.  I listened often.  Proverbs is so full of wisdom.  While I found the Greek Scriptures, or New Testament, a much easier read, The Hebrew Scriptures really told of some events. 

The Universal Mind is the active force of the Creative Mind.  While the two are the same, they are distinctly seperate. The Universal Mind reacts to love, gratefulness, positive thoughts, and manifest happiness. These are powerful emotions that we need to be able to conjure up.  In other words we need to feel it.  It needs to feel good.  We need to be in that moment and enjoying receiving  this bliss.

We are a thought station,  We are much like a radio station, except one cannot hear our frequency.  Radio’s are not made to pick up our thought frequencies.  We cannot see or hear them, yet they are real all the same.  An EKG can read our thought waves and transpose them.  Their existence, therefore, is a proven fact.

Now that I am aware, I am AWARE. Being aware that we are ourselves just energy fields, inside larger energy fields, inside larger energy fields.  We are all part of the same circuit of energy.  We are small things with great power and complete dominion over large, universal things. We tell it what we want.  We believe it.  We behave as if it is past tense. We have just created our reality by willing it into existence.  We plucked it from the universal mind and made a reality, a visble reality.

LOGLINE:

The Meek One is about a survivor of the apocalypse who recounts the events before and during the ”great tribulation.” It merges modern events and the fulfillment of bible prophecy.

Terrorists wound the US with a plan that takes two decades to unfold. Every city on the Eastern shores, except, Washington, D.C. are attacked with absolute precision and the use of strategically placed and very powerful explosives. In less than an hour, cities from Boston to Miami are reduced to rubble.

This sends a wave of chaos westward. The military must contain this breakdown of social order by erecting a barrier that stretches from Florida to Maine. Tents are set up and supplies are rushed to the compound set up to house the displace. But, the population is far to massive for the government to confine.

DILLON McCOY is the protagonist. He has spent most of his life as a covert agent for the CIA. .He is the most skilled assassin the government can deploy. He is a hero among his peers. His guilt is always justified taking the life of one to save the lives of the many. He reinforces the positive under the premise of serving the greater good and is able to overcome his personal reluctance over the nature of his assignments.

However, Dillon is in love with an African-American woman named Lindsey. They live in the same apartment complex in Pittsburgh, Pa. She is from New York City, where her family still resides. Although she loves Dillon very much, she has rejected is marriage proposals over and over. She understands why it is an ugly necessity in the ongoing fight for peace and freedom. However, she is adament that she could not be the wife to a man actually is capable of taking life .

Dillon carries out his final assignment by assasinating the powerful leader of organized crime. CIA intelligence suggusted that “Fat Tony” was about to make a move to consolidate all organized crime. His goals are to eliminate any competition and be the most powerful Don in mafia history.

He uses the temporary disorganization and the introduction of new faces to get to Fat Tony. He carries out his mission by putting two bullets in this ambitious and dangerous leader, and escapes in a very clever way. He is long gone before Fat Tony’s death is discovered.

He immediately travels to CIA headquarters in Langley, Va. Upon his arrival, he is celebrated by his colleagues for the success of his mission. He walks strait to his Superior’s office, ignoring the praise with a blank expression.

He enters his superior’s office and is greeted with the headlines of the day’s paper, “Mob Boss Killed. Organized Crime takes a fatal hit. Dillon pushes aside the newspaper and slides a paper across his supervisor’s desk.

Dillon’s supervisor’s smile fades as he reads the document. He looks sternly at Dillon and crumbles up the paper and moves toward Dillon, “You cannot resign.” Dillon replies, “No, I can resign, and now I have resigned.” His supervisor grows angry and abruptly throws his resignation notice in the garbage can. “I don’t accept it, you are responsible for saving thousands of lives…No.

Dillon turns toward the door. “It is not your decision. It is mine. And it is done.” He opens the door and begins to leave. His Supervisor follows him out of the office, “Do you really think it’s that easy?” Dillon does not respond. We have invested too much in your training and you are the best we have.” Dillon continues walking away without a response. In a loud tone, his supervisor declares, “You can’t quit. You know that we will never allow you to leave…Never!”

Dillon reaches the exit and glances back, but remains silent. He passes through the exit with the supervisor’s words remain audible. “Never! Agent McCoy, Do you hear me? It’s not that easy. We will never allow it! Never! Never!”

The room is silent as the supervisor stands and stares at the exit. He looks around at all of the confused and surprised faces and yells out, “Get back to work!” He slams the door to his office behind him.

Dillon speeds away and drives through the night. As he enters the Pittsburgh city limits, he calls Lindsey on his mobile phone. He tells her that he had just turned in his resignation and that he wanted to see her. Her excitement cannot be restrained. Tears of happiness run down her cheek as she asks. “Where are you now?” He replies, look out your window.

Lindsey hastily moves to the window that overlooks the apartment complex’s parking lot. She grows even more excited as she watches his car pull in and come to park just below her window. He opens the car door and looks up and spots Lindsey standing in her window.

It was early in the morning and she was still in her night gown. She waves frantically, as she closes her phone. Dillon waves back and enters the main lobby. Lindsey runs to her door, grabbing a jacket, and rushes down the hall and waits by the elevator.

She anxiously watches the elevator ascend floor by floor until a dinging sound preludes the doors opening. When the elevator doors pull apart, she sees Dillon, standing inside with a smile. He starts to speak, but Lindsey touches his lips with her fingers to silence him as she embraces him and passionately kisses him.

Moments later, they find themselves inside her apartment…

Drink the most when the well is full.  I found the missing link to accomplish an idea that became a marketing concept.  I am disabled.  I have had numerous surgeries until finally they put a morphine implant in my lower abdomen, and told me there you go.  (this way of delivery bypasses the digestive system and does not have adverse effects on my thoughts or judgments) 

I have had long term mobility issues. That is one way to say that the most calories I burned through activity was during the effort it took to change positions in bed. 

Isolated and alone with my cable TV sitcom recordings on Tivo, one approaches far too close to insanity.  Days of self pity.  Anger that the pain never stopped. Like I did earlier this decade in the same circumstances was to use food as a drug.

I love to eat.  It is one of the best things about being human.  It is central to each and every day.  In October, 2006, I stood on a scale as the dial settled on the number 285.  By August of the next year, ten months later, the dial came to rest just south of the number 160. 

So I knew what I was doing. It was no surprise to be rejected from a theme park ride because you are too big to safely fit.  Genuine confidence doesn’t come from self image and wildly inflated concerns over the judgments of complete  strangers.  I stood up stait.  I smiled and walked confidently across an arena of eyes all on me.  I looked at those looking at me with no shame. 

I really didn’t care.  It doesn’t pay to care.  Embarassment is so often misguided.  While we think that we are under the judging eyes of others.  we will never find out if they were laughing at our expense, feeling sympathetic, or just plain apathetic.  I will never learn what that group was thinking about me.  Two tide attendants were using their body to squeeze the safety bar over me. They did what they could, but had to call it. 

All of this seems like a huge source of embarassment.  But embarassment is power you give away to strangers.  Strangers that may indeed be severely judging you as fat and lazy and stupid, or they could feel for me.  Feel pity.  Even the apathetic have a passing wish that I would move my fat ass a little faster, he is ready to go.  All of these thoughts, real or imagined, will ever be something you find out. And say you found out someone you dont know thinks you are a fat slob, and feel disgust, is a stanger you will never see again.  If you do, would you care?

Why do we care so very much about what strangers think of us?  Think about this the next time you feel embarassment or are socially awkward.  Be honest with yourself.  Accept you are the result of biology and a chain of decisions and choices you have made at different stages in your life up until the present.  If you are not happy with you at present, make different decisions and choices from now on.

A free spirit is confident. An artistic free spirit thinks outside the box and will never bow to a notion of how others perceive me.  It is liberating.  A philosophy that can be applied to weightloss and fitness, emotional balance, coping process to flush negativity and stress.

What mental images does your mind conjure when you hear a person being described as a “real free spirit.”  It bleeds positive connotations.  I think the best way to define what it is to be a free spirit is to reverse the words.

SPIRIT FREE.  I think elaboration is unnecessary here.  Spirit -> Free -> PERSONAL FREEDOM.

THE MASTERPLAN INITIATIONS

I began when something that I cannot offer a fully plausible explantion for happened to me at 2 AM, May 4th, 2004.

My son had fallen asleep with my wife in my bed, so I had settled into his room.  I fell asleep with little problem and was in a very deep state, when a feeling of intense energy inside my head. My eyes sprung wide open and it felt like every brain cell I had was firing.

I tried to raise up when this concentrated adrenaline-like feeling flowed like a wave down into my torso, and splitting to run down both legs into my feet.

Just like that, it was over.  I sat up.  My breathing was heavy.  I noticed that when I raised my arm off of my lap, it was trembling.  In fact, residual flashes would pulsate in local areas.  I wiped the sweat that had formed just above my eyes. 

I searched for an explanation, but wasn’t troubled by the fact that I couldn’t assign plausible reason. I just felt different. My right eye would twitch as I stood up.  I was momentarily unfamiliar with where I was.

A few minutes passed and I paced in a small circle by the bed.  Suddenly, I had to get to my home office located two floors down in my basement.  I was impatient for the computer to boot up and word processing software initialized.

I changed the fonts to Tahoma Bold and centered the first line.  Using all caps, I wrote “I am here.” 

I pondered on those three words for several moments.  What made me declare something so obvious.  I let my thoughts go.  within a short time I had written my tenth page of single spaced text.  It was a potpourri where nothing was restricted.

At about the time the Today Show was on, I made a behind the scene version of the show, giving each journalist an alter ego.  Katie Courik was a prima donna who slept regularly with the network‘s brass.  Al Roker was centered on food. Whether he was always eating something, or his rigid obsession with various diets, measuring out exact portions counting those carbs.  Matt is simple. He is a womanizer who has many phobias and allergies.  A hypo-condriack who had testing done for whatever disease Dr. House diagnosed on the las show “House” he watched.

Connie  had a personal nipple tweeker.  His job consisted of many things including keeping her nipples hard.  He was a little latino homosexual who wore yellow pants with matching scarf.  He was barely 5’6″ and skinny. ALong with his heavy Spanish accent he spoke with a lisp.  He is the definition of flamboyant and wears a pencil mustache and soul patch.  His hair stood straight up and was held in place by some concrete strength gel.

Let’s see, now that I am reflecting on one of my first ideas. There was John Madden. He was the guest Matt interviewed.  He gives completely irrelevant answers to Matt’s  questions. Madden goes off on a tangent about replay challenges in football and doesn’t stop.  He is assisted off the set while he was still telling stories. 

One of the attendants gave him a Butterfinger candy bar, and he doesn’t miss a beat as his yapping turned about how much he liked Butterfingers…In fact, he is taking too long to get it opened, that the other attendee grabs it abruptly out of his hand and pulled the wrapping off.  The only three seconds he was silent.

Their plan was to shut him up by having him eat, but their plan turned on them when he kept talking with his mouth full of candy and fragments are jetisoned out of his mouth on big words….

I dont really know, nor do I care, how this blog entry turned out.  It is a first draft of stuff.

I laid out a lot of stuff.  I be laying stuff out again pretty soon.  watch for my stuff.  my stuff transforms. into other, better stuff.  Then it is revised again and more stuff added while some stuff is taken out,  I even could end up moving stuff around,  Or the stuff that is written here could turn up on other stuff and make new stuff.  It is stuff that I am selling.  I know everyone owns stuff, but it is the kind of stuff that evolves into refined stuff until it is the best stuff.
